Reiki

Reiki Healing is what we like to call an hour (or half hour if you please) of love! Channelling healing energy into specific areas and the recipients overall person, this service is gentle and loving. Clients may experience some warmth, coolness, tingling, or just a deep sense or relaxation at point of contact. It often feels like a very loving meditation and brings a lot of peace and comfort to healing clients. 

Reiki can be a hands on or touch free service depending on the client's preference, and includes a series of gentle holds or hand placements to help with the overall healing. Clients remain fully clothed and are welcome to slip under the blankets for an extra cozy experience. 

Each session will begin with a quick interview where clients can explain their primary concerns. From there, practitioners will leave the room while the client gets comfortable on the table. Our sessions often begin with a full body scan before we start at the head and progressively work our way to the feet. We then return the same path back to the head working with charka balancing and focused work on limbs and any specific regions, ailments, and concerns along the way. Treatment will be tailored to individual concerns and may not look exactly like this if specific healing is needed.
