Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeiture their security deposit. We are happy to move appointments for emergencies, illness, or COVID exposure. Failure to show or call to move your appointment will also result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.
Once a service has been begun or completed, you are not eligible for a refund on said service. Refunds will be offered if client fails to receive their service or machine malfunction should render the service unavailable.
